  • All cut outs in the raised floor as necessary for MEP services
  • Lower the existing RAF to accommodate new floor finishes
  • Allow for adjusting floor levels at interfaces of differing floor finishes and at door openings
  • Seal existing concrete floor with 2 coats of sealer
  • Underfloor fire and acoustic barriers
  • Supply & Installation of 2 coats of cold applied tanking to all wet areas to include framing with a 75mm angle to act as a Bund wall
  • Hand screw existing raised floor tiles to areas required for new Resin floor finishes
