Key Works Involved
- A new raised access floor – to replace sections of damaged existing floor
- A new Heavy duty anti-static vinyl bonded raised floor to the MER / SER /MDF / IDF Rooms
- Cutting to new slab to slab partitions

- All cut outs in the raised floor as necessary for MEP services
- Lower the existing RAF to accommodate new floor finishes
- Allow for adjusting floor levels at interfaces of differing floor finishes and at door openings
- Seal existing concrete floor with 2 coats of sealer
- Underfloor fire and acoustic barriers
- Supply & Installation of 2 coats of cold applied tanking to all wet areas to include framing with a 75mm angle to act as a Bund wall
- Hand screw existing raised floor tiles to areas required for new Resin floor finishes
