Level 1 Raised Flooring are a competitive, reliable, client-oriented raised flooring company with over 35 years of construction industry experience. We provide and install complete raised access flooring solutions in offices, comms & data rooms, exhibition centres and other commercial facilities throughout the UK.
How we work
We work to a detailed schedule agreed with the client at the beginning of every contract. Our senior management / logistics team maintain a presence on site and are available throughout the duration of the project, with our commercial management ensuring all costs are kept up to date with all variations to the contract shown as a running account. Our operations department like to work in a transparent manner whilst making sure all site information / deliveries are managed on a day to day basis – Overall we are dedicated to carrying each project from the first stages right up to the successful handover date.

All drawings are measured using the latest digital technology to form competitive quotes and cost savings passed onto our clients, whilst maintaining minimum wastage of materials. We supply clients with detailed programmes, reports and intended method of execution of projects where required.
All our qualified installers hold current CSCS cards and are trained using an individual training matrix to achieve the correct working practice and maintain our high standards of work. We employ a third party Health & Safety company to audit our work and help us constantly find ways to improve our working practices. Level 1 Raised Flooring also undertake BREAAM and SKA rated projects.
